Decorating on a Dime: Thrift Shops and Flea Markets

Summer is the perfect time to grab a friend and visit local Thrift shops and Flea Markets to see if there is a special treasure waiting just for you.

This week one of those “treasure spots” is going out of business and there are only three days left to shop.

With discounts ranging from 20 to 80 % off you might want to take a moment to stop by – Southern Thrift Market – closing date Friday, July 15, 2011.

Southern Thrift Mart is located on 5427 Armour Road, Columbus, GA 31909 in the Sol Lob warehouse down from Britt David School.

While you’re out looking don’t forget to stop by any of these other treasure spots or Antique Marts in Columbus. I’m sure I’ve forgotten a few so please don’t be offended; just post a comment through this blog to let us know where you are. We’d love to visit you too! Here are the shops my friend and I have visited lately and photos of what we came home with.
